Ayşe - Ziver Karataş Primary School, built on the site of Namık Kemal Primary School in Gemlik District of Bursa Province, covers an area of 687 square meters. The school includes 20 classrooms, 10 administrative rooms, 1 laboratory, 2 multi-purpose halls, 1 canteen and 1 sports hall.

Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Muhittin Karataş, on behalf of Karataş Group of Companies, who brought our school to our district, said in his opening speech, "Our aim is to contribute to the development of educated individuals who will benefit our country. Due to the importance my father gave to education, we decided to build a school and implemented the project. We are proud to have signed such a project."
